It happens occasionally, and it's usually the photo rather than your pet. We suggest trying again with a different one, something front-facing with a bit of light on their face, and it won't cost you anything to have another go. If you've tried a couple and it's still not capturing them, send us an email and we'll take a look ourselves.

The clearer the better. Somewhere their face is well lit and they're looking towards the camera gives us the most to work with. Photos from your phone are absolutely fine. The ones that tend to struggle are very dark or blurry shots, or anything where their face is partly hidden.

Digital files come through by email within a few minutes. If you've ordered a print or canvas, it takes us a day or two to make, and then there's delivery on top. We print locally rather than shipping from overseas, which keeps the wait down.
