Terms of Service

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18, and you may not permit anyone under 18 to use it.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

You also agree that you will not:

• upload any photograph that you do not own or do not have permission to use;
• upload any photograph in which a child appears, or any photograph of a person who has not consented;
• upload any content that is unlawful, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others;
• access the Service by automated means, or attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any measure we use to limit the number of free previews, verify that a visitor is a person rather than an automated request, or otherwise secure the Service;
• attempt to obtain artwork, files or other content that we have not made available to you, including by guessing, altering or sharing links intended for a specific customer or order;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or disrupt the Service or any part of it; or
• resell or commercially exploit the Service or anything generated through it, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service, and we may refuse, suspend or cancel any order affected by the breach.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or refuse or suspend access to the Service, where we reasonably consider it necessary, including where an order or an upload breaches these Terms, where we suspect fraud or misuse, where we are unable to fulfil the order, or where a price or product description was published in error. Nothing in these Terms permits us to discriminate against you on grounds prohibited by law.

You understand that your content may be transferred over various networks, and may be changed to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Photographs you upload are re-encoded and resized as part of producing your portrait. Transmission to and from the Service takes place over encrypted connections. We do not receive or store full payment card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, or any content on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission. This does not restrict your use of artwork generated for you, which is governed by Photographs and Generated Artwork.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Examples of artwork shown on this site, including sample portraits, styles and photographs of products in a room setting, are provided to illustrate what we offer. They are not a guarantee of the result you will receive, which depends on the photograph you supply. Colours shown on screen depend on your display and its settings, and printed colours may differ from what you see. Paper, frame and material finishes are also shown as illustrations. Sizes are stated in the product description and should be relied on in preference to the apparent size of any image on screen.

Delivery estimates shown on this site are estimates and not guarantees.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer protection law, including your right to receive goods and digital content that match their description.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it, and any later change does not affect an order we have already accepted. Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site, and the total payable, including any taxes and delivery costs, is shown before you complete your order.

Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if we have already accepted it. We will contact you before doing so.

We may add, change or withdraw portrait styles, options, sizes, finishes and other parts of the Service at any time, and we may change the number of previews available free of charge. Where you have already placed an order, we will fulfil it or, if we cannot, refund you in full.

Previews and saved portraits are temporary. A preview you have not ordered, and any link we send you to return to a saved portrait, will expire. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep them.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service, except that nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability to supply what you have paid for, to refund you where we cannot, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Our products are made to order rather than held in stock. Printed products are produced and shipped by our print partner, and digital products are delivered by email.

Printed products are available only in the countries listed at checkout. Digital products are available worldwide, subject to any restriction imposed by law. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We have made every effort to display the colours, materials and finishes of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate, and printed colours may differ from those shown on screen. Sizes are stated in the product description and should be relied on in preference to the apparent size of any image on screen.

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion, and we may discontinue any product at any time. Changes do not affect an order we have already accepted.



Because our products are personalised to your order, they are generally not returnable. Your rights to cancel, and the circumstances in which we will replace or refund an item, are set out at Cancellation and Refunds and in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in respect of goods or digital content that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

We may refuse or cancel any order you place with us where we reasonably consider it necessary, including where we suspect fraud or misuse, where an order or upload breaches these Terms, where we cannot fulfil the order, or where a price or description was published in error. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including where orders are placed using the same payment method or the same billing or delivery address. We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Where we cancel an order, we will refund you in full and will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact details provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when you place an order, and to keep it up to date so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed. This includes a delivery address that is accurate and complete for printed products.

Your order details are used exactly as you submit them. Our products are personalised, and the pet's name, spelling, capitalisation, style, background colour, size, framing and any other options you select are applied to the artwork as entered. Please check them before ordering. We cannot correct these once production has begun, and a change of mind or an error in the details you provided is not a fault in the product. Where an order has not yet gone into production, contact us as soon as possible and we will change it if we can.

Where a printed product is undeliverable, returned to sender or lost because the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge for reprinting and reshipping.
